why thank you, nystate. this is generally the "worship me" thread that quite often descends into debauchery. it's not for the weak of heart, let me assure you of that. i went through my assassins phase a few years back and cannot bring myself to see anyone but deb monk as sara jane moore.

40, eh.... This thread is now over more than just my hills!
i havnt seen the show, im going to try to get to nyc next month though. do you have the cast recording, because ive heard there are more than one, and id like to get familiar with the score. if you do, which do you reccommend?
and i think i'll reside myself to just reading the particularly "interesting" posts before "decending into debauchery" myself, at least until my heart can stand it.
we'd need oxygen if we were trying to climb those, vish.
i have the roundabout cast recording from the original production.

I think John Krakauer wrote a novel about them.
You mean the Playwright's Horizons cast recording, don't you papa? To my knowledge that's the only one. I think most of my childhood can be explained by the fact that I saw the Playwright's Horizons run of Assassins. That being said, it will be interesting to see its revival next week.
playwright's, roundabout, same freakin' thing to me.
so you reccommend that recording? i suppose they will record the current production as well.
i hope you enjoy the show, vicious circle.

You're fast with that gun, Matt. Awful fast. But your heart's soft. Too soft. Might get you hurt some day.

swing and a miss, our lady of the balloons. would you like to go for double jeopardy where the scores can really pile up?
