SUNY Purchase ... North Carolina School of the Arts (part of the UNC system) ... Minnesota ... Rutgers ... Michigan ... Florida State ... There are probably some more but I can't think of them right now.

Some of the CUNY schools have really excellent programs, and as peacefrog said SUNY Purchase is an incredible program and one of the top places to go to

re: public colleges

Fullerton is really good for musical theatre. I have friends there right now and they are loving it and they have improved so much since they have gotten there. One of my friends played belle in the Macy's Thanksgivings day parade last year.

re: public colleges

What do you think of BGSU's program? I know it's not a ba/bfa, its something else (can't recall atm). Wright State i can personally answer any questions about, I attended the school from 05-06.

re: public colleges

I go to a public college and although I haven't started yet, i've heard nothing but goods things. Someone told me that they're in need of girls. Hard to believe since most of the time people need guys.
