Galinda - tell us about your education, please. Your grammar is atrocious -- maybe along with the lack of writing skills you were also deprived of the ability to learn how to think, you know, as all good Republicans are.

That is not the only big question.
Are private schools going to be forced to admit, and not kick out, students with behavior problems and learning diabilites? Or will they continue to do as they do now and kick out anyone who gives them a problem.
If they accept vouchers will they have to meet the same impossible standards as public schools and be held accountable if they fail? Cause they don't have to do that now.
If they accept vouchers will they have to hire certified teachers? Cause they don't do that now either.

Erik - according to the Republicans, being certified doesn't matter.

I love your signature, by the way.

"Also - Thank you to Obama for including that parents need to get more involved with their kids last night during the debate, because we all know, for the most part, that it's true"

Totally agree

That is my favorite thing about Obama. That's the Kennedy in him and I am in LOVE with it.

"Also galindagood aka Goth,"

I do not create sockpuppets. I stand behind my opinion and don't need to create other identities to agree with me.

If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

exactly...he never EVER backs it up....he makes the craziest statements, is called on it and never ever cimes in again.

'Carrying a Scarlet V, they would be forced to either fix themselves up or close down.'

fix themselves? Uh, how? With money the state or district does NOT give them?

Goth you are SO out of touch with things....it's just pitiful.

Vouchers are plain wrong. If I was a parent, and there were 2,000 vouchers available for 9,000 kids, I would be furious if my child did not get one. Vouchers are NOT the answer......overhailing the US education system is.
Otherwise we get a bunch of Sarah Palins thinking they can see Russia from Juneau, which just isn't possible.

It is ridiculous to set a detective story in New York City. New York City is itself a detective story... AGATHA CHRISTIE, Life magazine, May 14, 1956

Yo, Galinda -- still waiting on an answer? Hmmm? Thought not...
