I'm at work, bored out of my mind. My AIM isn't working for some reason (stupid firewalls) and I have nothing to do. Someone entertain me!!!

I'm bored at school. Does that count?

How big is the space under your desk? ::grin::
Suzanne: I never use catalogs. I'd rather go in the store and see all the salespeople groveling and sucking up to you.
Julia: Pardon me, I never knew they were so solicitous at the K-Mart.

My office has a couch. And a TV. And lots of fun toys.
...and I have 35 minutes to go on the conference call from hell...

That just took me too long to understand where the Without a Trace reference came from, now I got it.
So what does everyone do for work? Anything fun?

I am the Associate Marketing Analyst for RR Donnelley, a huge company that prints magazines, catalogs, retail inserts, directories and so much more. I am in charge of the internal company newsletter, planning a bunch of customer breakfasts and events, and a zillion other things. My office is at 99 Park Avenue. This being my first job out of college (Cornell University), I am so lucky to have found such an amazing job with the perfect company. RR Donnelley rules! The marketing department rules! Life is good...and can only get better.

Wow WaT, your job sounds very impressive! And nice location too! Park Ave!
I'm stuck on the UWS, at least I have a view of central park. Much harder in the summer when I want to be at the park instead of in the office.

thank liotte...it is a great job. i am so happy and SO LUCKY to have it. we went on a dinner cruise in October to celebrate a successful trade show, which was 2 days at the marriott marquis hotel! then, after we got off the cruise, each of us in the marketing team had our own car service to drive us home! i love being spoiled!

I work on occasion - I do the jack of all trades things.
Addy - I want your job! I was trying to get a job/internship, but no one would hire me. Bastards...(but not you. NEVER YOU)
Liotte - Uh, no comment - But I miss everyone!
Today, for 'work', I have errands to run - I'll avoid em for as long as I can.

I want a private car service! You all are making me so jealous.
I love my job, it's much more fun when the kids are here rather than the administrative work all day.
