in my opinion he at least deserves a retrial in an entirely different state, because there was already a bias towards him from the get go. I also believe that the way they made averys cousin co fess was wrong beyond all means and his confession should have been taken out of evidence. I just hate how prosecutors think that their job is to get someone that think is guilty into jail. Prosecutors are supposed to protect the people in their jurisdiction by putting the person that they KNOW who did the crime in jail and with the first case they knew it was allen, but they let him go to eat e two more women.

Are you sure you know anything about the case(s) you're discussing?  The names, events and relationships you mentioned are not correct with regards to Steven Avery and Brendan Dassey.  And then it sort of turns into a word jumble.  Perhaps you should type your posts into Word and read them for sense and accuracy before you post them.  Or maybe posting without reading or thinking is just your style?  I'm not sure how you expect us to respond to this other than, "Huh?"

Namo, there's a Netflix documentary series called Making A Murderer about the trial OP is speaking of. A friend of mine has been watching it and I caught two episodes while at their house, it's a pretty interesting story.

You're reminding me of people you hear at the movies asking questions every ten seconds, "Who is that? Why is that guy walking down the street? Who's that lady coming up to him? Uh-oh, why did that car go by? Why is it so dark in this theater?" - FindingNamo on strummergirl

"They say that just being relaxed is the most important thing [in acting]. I take that to another level, I think kinda like yawning and...like being partially asleep onstage is also good, but whatever." - Sherie Rene Scott

Ohhhhh. I only have Netflix about one month per year.  I do know I was fooled by the "Chariots of The Gods?" Documentary when I was a kid.  How embarrassing!

Just finished watching the docuseries. It is called "Making A Murderer". I thought it was done quite well and has a few WTF moments. The OP. The two convicted were not "cousins" they are Uncle and Nephew. Worth watching if you have 10 hours to invest in it.

It was fascinating, I'm not sure about the uncle, I could see the police framing him for it and evidence does point that way, I am sure the young lad didn't do anything and I'm horrified he was found guilty.

Namo i love u but we get it already....you don't like Madonna
