I also find it strange that a thread about where you lost your virginity turned into a thread about the Governator.

Posted: 9/12/04 at 4:41pmMy first kiss came at the age of 3 in nursery school in 1960. We used to have a rest period where we would put our blankets on the floor and take a nap. One day, a boy named Larry shared my blanket and we kissed. He was Jewish. We also went into the bathroom and he showed me his winky. Yup, definitely Jewish! we were an item until the 5 th grade and he moved away to Pittsburgh. I had a better love life then than I do now.

Posted: 9/12/04 at 7:38pmI was 17 and it was on a hill behind a bunch of bushes at Niagara Falls. The ground was rumbling, it was cool. Our limo took us there after my junior prom.

I forgot that I hadn't answered.
I am proudly still a virgin.

I'm not sure if I'm on the whole 'waiting till marriage' thing...
I mean, you want to love the person, but I feel like one sexual partner for your whole life is not how one needs to live as long as they don't live promiscuously (sp?)
A great Christian i am, huh?

Posted: 9/12/04 at 8:15pmWhat you really mean is before you marry her you want to make sure she's good in bed. We Christians do that from time to time. My parents did. But, alas how does a virgin know what is good???

I'm Jewish.
We don't really care about that whole waiting till marriage thing.
We just want to do it, stay over for the night, and maybe grab a bagel on our way out.

Posted: 9/12/04 at 8:20pmI love Jewish men. They come with a precut guarantee. But, I usually make him breakfast in bed, as I am a culinary artist. Bagels are so impersonal...

Posted: 9/12/04 at 8:24pmI'm Christian, and I agree with Priest. Having a single sexual partner your whole life is no way to live, and I'm not saying to be promiscuous. Unless you find true love and your life long partner that early in life, having more than one sexual partner without being promiscuous is reasonable.

Posted: 9/12/04 at 8:32pmOf course you can join, Gov'ner. The more the merrier. I would like to save it until marriage but I really don't see a problem if you intend to be with a person forever and things don't quite work out. That can just as easily happen in a marriage too.
#167re: where did you lose your virginity?
Posted: 9/12/04 at 8:34pmBut what if you save it till marriage and the guy/girl ends up being terrible in bed?

Posted: 9/12/04 at 8:36pmI'm a virgin. I wouldn't exactly have anything to compare it to.

That happened in Sex and the City. He was impotent. She divorced him... HBO solves everything.

Well impotency is a different story...
I'm a virgin, and I don't believe in the "only one sexual partner," so I'd obviously know the difference from good and bad. I think that you'd be able to work on it with your partner, for better sex.

" I'm a virgin. I wouldn't exactly have anything to compare it to."
I think people who get married virigns are more likely to "wander" during marriage. They begin to wonder "what else is there" b/c they don't know.

I concur.
#173re: where did you lose your virginity?
Posted: 9/12/04 at 8:46pmExactly. If you're having sex and you're not screaming, sweating and shaking in a mad frenzy of heat, lust, passion and ecstasy ... then collapsing on the bed from shear exhaustion, yet ready to get up and do it again ... then it's not being done right.
