I'm sorry? This American is 1 mile from the shore of Lake Ontario, and it is currently coldly raining on my head, in my ridiculously cold office where I have to wear a scarf like Bob Crachit to stay warm.

I'm right on the shore of Lake Ontario....brrrrrr......
there is no heating vent on my floor. And although heat rises, it doesn't rise quickly or strongly enough!

Well, I could commandeer the fast ferry 'Spirit of Ontario'. It's sitting at the dock near my house. Only 2 hours from Rochester to the other side at full gallop. Then we could uh... knit sweaters for ourselves.
