Does anyone have pictures of the set design for the 2007 revival of 110 in the shade?

It was basically just a rip off of the Oklahoma revival set. They had the same "horizon" design for the back of the stage.

Was there a set design? I remember skeletal things and some furniture. Starbuck appeared to be living in a hole in the ground, as I recall.
