I just hope the changes they've made since the LA production are good. Because that production left a lot to be desired.

you know... i actually really liked 13 when it played in LA... my friend and i got a big kick out of it... i hope it does well

13 was a very good show. JRB has made MANY changes since LA. I hear he dropped a couple of songs...

A little known fact is that in the original screenplay, Pan's Labyrinth was Pan's FLAByrinth. Hmmmmmmm...glad they changed it.

Wow. That song list is SOOOOO different to the one in LA. Act 2 I don't recognize AT ALL. Change in plot maybe?

i forgot the name of the song... but it was about being a geek that the friend sang.... anyone know if that made the cut?? it was my favorite number in the show... sad if they cut it...

Still in the show from LA are Thirteen, Becoming a Man, Get Me What I Need (I hope the weird dance break is still in), Getting Ready (YAY), Tell Her and It Can't Be True.

Gone are All the Cool Kids, Bloodmaster (AWWW), Being a Geek, Angry Boy, Getting Over It (truly a shame, a great song), My Name is Archie (also sad) and Brand New You.

I am very excited to see this show. I know one member of the cast and one member of the band, surprisingly from the same place. Oh and by the way neither of them are 13 years old.

At the present time I really cannot imagine wanting to see anything less! (of course I just closed a production of Seussical with 12 and 13 year olds! And work with them all the time...I already know what they are going through.)

If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it? These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
