That's really cool, right? Too bad they weren't filming for 2 1/2 hours before that!
At this point I'll take what I can get.
Just seeing the bows and full stage gave me chills.
Thank you so much for sharing that! I have been deep into another read of "Everything Was Possible" and obsessively listening to the Follies remaster this past week. This is just amazing. Especially the curtain call. :)
I'll echo thanks too for finding this treasure. What a blast from the past to see this magnificent theatre where I enjoyed many really great plays but also making it equally sad to know that it was torn down to be replaced with an ugly office building. What a week of "Follies" treats for me: seeing this and then listening to the magnificent Kritzerland remix of the OBC "Follies" = Happy Dance!
What a truly terrific find!
She got the final bow?

Such a great time capsule! I miss the Shubert Theatre. Saw so many shows there before they tore it down.
I was in the audience that night and stayed for the taping. Seems like 100 years ago!
^ That's wonderful, Huey!
So great! I immediately watched the whole thing. Alexis and co. were very gracious - especially considering they had just completed a performance. Thanks for posting.
Why is "Lucy and Jessie" her curtain call music? Wasn't "Beautiful Girls" used for bows?
What a great treat, nonetheless!
