DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT DO IT!
Jump on the band-wagon and experience the BEST of the New York City theatre! This is a wonderful opportunity for tourists AND locals to find the incredible-ness that lies just beyond Midtown.
Have fun if you take advantage of the service. It's a beautiful thing!

Posted: 2/1/09 at 7:26amPlan on getting there about 40 minutes prior to curtain and you should be fine.

I read about this before but this is actually a good idea for today because I can honestly careless about that Bowl thing (and I can watch the commercials online anyways!)
Think I'm gonna check out Sessions...

Posted: 2/1/09 at 10:10amDo all participating shows specifically set aside seats for this promotion? I ask because I really want to see The Cripple of Inishmaan and I checked availability for the date I want to go and was told that the show is sold out.

Posted: 2/1/09 at 10:23amNo, they don't, unfortunately. I tried to see a show at the Vineyard with 20 at 20 last year, and when I showed up, they said they had sold out for that performance and weren't offering 20 at 20 that night.

Posted: 2/1/09 at 4:47pmI did this for Saturday evening. My two friends and I got to Forbidden Broadway's box office around 7:15. We got row H on the aisle in the orchestra. It was the most fun I've had at a show in a very long time.
