Danny Burstein is an incredibly talented and sweet person. I absolutely want him to get a Tony one day and I'm sure he will. I just don't think this is the right year for him. I want him to come out with a performance where no one can deny he is the worthy winner and be a lock one year and get his Tony then. Leslie's beautifully subtle performance of an incredibly complex antagonist just needs to win this year for me, especially considering this will probably be the role of his career.
Danny Burstein doesn't need your approval of when he is allowed to win. If he wins now or in the future, it will be because he received the greatest number of votes in the balloting, not because you finally deem him "worthy."
