Preachers Wife is too expensive to produce in its Alliance production (another Arden overproduced, no return, $$ sucker they're now known for). Lead producers, and some audiences',found it luke warm. May end up off-Broadway in a small cast reduced version.
Purple Rain is TBD still. Producers are not certain of the director's ability and it may land in new hands post initial run despite stronger book.
Gatsby has new legs with David Cromer now at the helm, with previous director fired, and a London production scheduled.
Benjamin Button will come to the US in a spring production this year or next. Its done excellent UK business and they want superb timing for maximum US success.
Evita is transferring. A few theaters are being set aside for possibility. Now it's just timing.

As for Evita, I was with some industry friends at dinner last night and a few theaters are being considered for next season but it's all about location, logistics and the balcony scene. Heard that Lloyd has the Lyric being considered.
"Anything you do, let it it come from you--then it will be new."
