No, because the WICKED people will just wait around and make it equally impossibly to win the BEE lotto.
And I don't think it's better than the "line" system because if you want to see a show bad enough, you get your ass out of bed and get there at 6 AM. I wanted to see Antonio's last performance in NINE, so I woke up at 4 AM and waited on line until noon - I got my ticket. If you want to see a show bad enough, just f*cking wake up and wait on line. The lotto system with some popular shows it utterly impossible.

I physically can't get into NYC before 9 am or so. It's not possible. And you're telling me that I'm screwed for tickets because I don't want it enough? Why the hell should locals and tourists in hotels have the advantage?
