They couldn't have come up with a better name? Just a hyphen?

Not EVEN a hyphen! It's a slash! Even a hyphen would have been more elegant than a slash. They didn't even need anything there. They could have just called it "Feinstein's 54 Below"

OR Feinstein's at 54 Below? Like, that's the stupidest, worst name possible. Is the red awning at 54 Below now going to have that awful " / " to it?
