Exactly.
Though this thread is under the guise of being cute, it is really a place for people to "brag" about random connections they have with people who couldn't pick them out of a police line up.

My friend's grandfather was Walter Kerr

Julie Andrews and I reached for the same pack of tampons in the store once. I clubbed her over the head and ran.
that is funny. are you sure it wasn't tuna fish?

no, but when i ate her out later on, i wanted some tuna fish afterward
makes no sense, but i was referring Laughing Wild by Christopher Durang. Your story sounded just like it but instead with tampons.
This is embarrassing, that I'm taking part in this. But it's late, and I'm bored, and... why not?!
My cousin is married to Al Pacino's cousin.
And he's been mentioned on BWW, so that's "Broadway" enough for me at two in the morning... I don't actually know his resume off the top of my head.
But originally I thought the game would be more like this:
I was Winnifred in OUAM
Winnifred on the West Coast recently - Lea DeLaria
Who was in RH with Terrence Mann
Who was in Lennon with Will Chase
Who was in RENT with Karmine Alers
There you go, Me:Karmine in four degrees.

My mom is friends with this woman, who is good friends with this talent agency manager, who is the boss of this agent, who is the agent for Jennifer Laura Thompson.
My 5 degrees got me JLT's house seats one night at Wicked and a nice, long journey backstage. :)
A friend I met through acting classes was in a play with Emma Thompson (So she's West end really but it still counts) the funny thing was the scene we worked on together was from 'Wit' which of course ms Thompson starred in on screen!
Jenna Leigh Green and Derrick Williams know my name....
I've met Kris Cusick 4 times..so he probably knows who I am...
lol...that's all I got...I suck
My friends' father is a camera man for Law & Order SVU, so I guess I "know" all of Broadway!!!!!!! hehe
I also was in a drama class with Tiana Coles of the Lion King. I'm also friends with a cast member of the former show Jewish girls and people in Wildflwoers as well.
Will chase read about me on this board and kinda kinew who I was.
ummm...my...oh never mind.
I went pee-pee next to Gary Sinese and Matthew Broderick....or should I say I tried - very unnerving...

Well, I was in line at Starbucks, and I overheard the woman behind me saying how she was in a fitting room at the Gap, and in the room next to her a man was on his cellphone saying how, "OMG, I was at Disneyworld, and I met this guy on Tower Of Terror, who told me that when his step-niece went on Grizzly River Run in Disney's California Adventures, Audra McDonald was in the same raft as her."
True story.
haha. that is a long story. but I believe you.
Dre--
I, for one, found your Laughing Wild reference amusing.
As is the rest of this thread, but for different reasons. :)
thanks illegally blondish (love your name by the way). yeah, i did the first part of it as a monologue when I was about 13. lot of fun!
I'm actually using the first part as a monologue for an upcoming audition. It's a lot of fun.
