9 to 5

I saw 9 to 5 the other day, and it was enjoyable. The performances by the entire cast were very good. The score has some catchy songs, among them is 9 to 5, the main number. The Marquis Theater is built so that anywhere one sits, they can get a good view of the show. The cast is fan friendly, and they signed and talked to members of the audience who wanted their various items signed. I would recommend this show to anyone who wants a pleasant evening at the theater. It does not disappoint.

re: 9 to 5

WRONG!!! 9-5 is vile, putrid show. The production is souless, the cast is mediocre, the score is banal, the book is a poor ripoff of some crappy 80's film, and Dolly is the antichrist. It will close before Memorial Day. See Rock of Ages!

I believe this is a review, therefore an opinion, which can't be wrong. This happens to be a review I agree with though, I loved the show.

Stay far away from Rock of Ages unless you like noisy drunks singing out of pitch to 80s rock songs.

Isn't he always, though? That Ben!

And opinions can be wrong all the time. Ask Carrie Prejean.

re: 9 to 5

I haven't seen this yet, so I have no judgement, but that was the most lukewarm review I've read....I was SUPRISED to see the recommendation at the end!

"Pleasant", "some catchy tunes" and that the cast is "fan friendly" are not things that make me send my friends without hesitations.
