I am a Cole Porter fanatic and recently came across "A Lady Needs a Rest from Let's Face It! But I can't find the sheet music anywhere. I was hoping someone would have it or maybe know where I could find it.
Thanks
Ace In The Hole is a more well known song from the musical.
Sorry, I don't have an answer for you and maybe someone will, but I had to say that the failure to close the quotes to the title of the song was kind of funny.
Is the song itself called "A Lady Needs a Rest from Let's Face It"?
Sorry, I'm not usually the grammar police, just thought this one was kind of funny.
There is an exhaustive book of every Cole Porter song ever out there. Might be a bit of a large commitment but the song is definitely there.
Soon as I wrote that I realized that that book is only lyrics, not sheetmusic.
Have you heard Lynn Redgrave's version of the song from Ben Bagley's Cole Porter Volume III?

This is my favorite song from the show, cut out of town, and sung here by the late Alice Playten on Volume II of that Ben Begley series:
