A Strange Loop/Kimberly Akimbo Lotto

Hey! Going into the city later this week and just wondering anyone’s experiences have been with these shows lotto/rush lately.  Happy with either show but just wanted to gauge how everyone’s luck has been with the lottery given the holidays. Also wondering how quickly rush tickets go and how early to line up for either. Thanks!

Kimberly Akimbo - Every time I play, I lose, so I can’t help you there.

A Strange Loop - Lottery can be easy to win on some days and harder on others. Better luck during weekdays and “off” performance times. They have in person and digital rush. Day-of digital rush usually have a lot of tickets and you can often get tickets up to an hour before show time.

I believe I won KA on the first try for a weeknight single ticket. It was mid orch extreme left side, so I missed a bit of the action, however I moved to a more central open seat at intermission.

Don't bother with KA, Strange Loop is much better, I think I bought an inexpensive ticket at the box office the same day I saw Loop.

I was in the city last week and won Sat matinee A Strange Loop. Lost Akimbo on Wednesday but was offered a $79 ticket and went to the box office and got the ticket for $59 instead (to save on fees). It was in the mezzanine.

KA is almost sold out this week except for the Friday matinee - that's probably your best shot for a lottery ticket.

Won Orch left row B seat 5 and 7 for tomorrow's matinee. Hope the view is unobstructed.
