A View from My Seat website is down

I have been trying since yesterday to do some research and kept getting a blank white screen. Hopefully it should be up and running soon.

Quick update.

The site & apps went offline about 6am EST this morning. We, and our hosting provider, have been working to bring everything back up as quickly as possible.

The outage is the result of a server update that rolled out to thousands of sites. We are, unfortunately, one of many experiencing this at the moment.

In the last 16 years, this is our longest outage. Rest assured we've been on it all day, and are trying to have everything back up as soon as possible.

In the meantime, not only is the site down, but all the APIs that power the mobile apps are down as well. Everything will likely come back up at the same time.

Our apologies for the inconvenience, and thanks for the patients. We know the frustration.

Have you tried going to Seatplan.com? I think it’sa far superior tool for seat photos.

I did and agree but they seem to now restrict the number of seats that you can look up. This is understandable since they are trying to sell you tickets. I ended up there though when I couldn’t get into the other. Thanks for the tip.

You can still look at as many as you want. You just have to click on the show and then it lets you see them all. :)
