I have (and love) the TKTS app for the iPhone and it has been helpful to me on numerous occasions. However, one thing I noticed is that when it's a two show day, like today, it never updates for the evening shows. For example, I just tried updating the listings on the app and it says that it was just updated. Yet, it lists all the shows that started today at 2. Considering that it is 5 PM on a Saturday, shouldn't the app list those shows that are to take place this evening?
Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know who I get in touch with to fix this problem?

Posted: 7/28/12 at 5:23pmThat happened to me last weekend. It NEVER updated to show the evening shows. I told someone at the booth when I went over there, but I don't know if they could've done anything about it.

Isn't that Ken Davenport's app? I don't think it is associated officially with TKTS. I'm assuming you are referring to the At The Booth ap.
If so, try contacting him through his blog -- he'll actually respond.

TDF has released an official app for TKTS: http://www.tdf.org/TDF_SupportPage.aspx?id=97
That page says, "Due to a Verizon outage, we are currently experiencing technical difficulties. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this issue." I noticed it was kind of buggy yesterday too.

Dramamama, I was talking about the official app that was done by TDF themselves, not the Davenport one.
Keb, I was aware that they had an issue with Verizon today. However, today was not the first time I had issues with the app not showing evening shows on two show days.

When we were waiting in line, the employees were telling us there were problems with the app not updating yesterday.
