A question/issue with the TKTS app

I have (and love) the TKTS app for the iPhone and it has been helpful to me on numerous occasions. However, one thing I noticed is that when it's a two show day, like today, it never updates for the evening shows. For example, I just tried updating the listings on the app and it says that it was just updated. Yet, it lists all the shows that started today at 2. Considering that it is 5 PM on a Saturday, shouldn't the app list those shows that are to take place this evening?

Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know who I get in touch with to fix this problem?

That happened to me last weekend. It NEVER updated to show the evening shows. I told someone at the booth when I went over there, but I don't know if they could've done anything about it.

Isn't that Ken Davenport's app? I don't think it is associated officially with TKTS. I'm assuming you are referring to the At The Booth ap.

If so, try contacting him through his blog -- he'll actually respond.

That page says, "Due to a Verizon outage, we are currently experiencing technical difficulties. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this issue." I noticed it was kind of buggy yesterday too.

Usually on 2 show days it shows all the shows available for the evening, and if it's available for the matinee also it has an * by the show title.

I have been having problems with the TKTS app (the official one) for the past few days, and have also been getting two error messages.

Dramamama, I was talking about the official app that was done by TDF themselves, not the Davenport one.

Keb, I was aware that they had an issue with Verizon today. However, today was not the first time I had issues with the app not showing evening shows on two show days.

When we were waiting in line, the employees were telling us there were problems with the app not updating yesterday.

The app is still not working, and I keep getting an error message blaming Verizon.
