Myself and a friend are seeing Wicked on Halloween would it be approriate to wear our costumes to the show?
It would be nothing that would alter anyones views of the show.
*EDIT*
they arent wicked costumes just regular Halloween costumes

Posted: 9/19/09 at 1:09pmWhy wait until Halloween - wear your costumes any time you see the show and try and come up with appropriate outfits for every other show you see (I do).

So, Jordan, you won't have a costume on?
Sorry, I just had to... :P

I'll have nothin' but the radio on....

Posted: 9/19/09 at 2:16pmThey won't kick you out but I also don't think it's appropriate. If you do be prepared for a lot of "I can't believe they wore their Halloween costumes to a Broadway show". Save the costume wearing for the actors ON stage/

Yeah, sure... IF YOU WERE 6 YEARS OLD!
Theater geeks are really creepy. REALLY creepy.

It's Halloween...
Go for it!
#13re: A silly Broadway/Halloween question
Posted: 9/19/09 at 4:22pmIt is more entertaining if you dress up as a character in a different show than the one you are seeing. Like, go to Wicked dressed as Donkey from Shrek or something.

I think it's fine. It's Halloween. At Wicked.
Just be prepared to be judged by 99% of the people there. Like I'm saying "go for it", but I'd probably be judging you too.

Does anyone else remember the ushers "uniforms" (read: costumes) at DOTV... the crinkly, black plastic high-collared novelty capes and fangs?
I still have a few pairs of the novelty fangs!
