A voice you would go hear even if the show was horrible..

Donna Murphy
George Hearn
Cleo Laine (Saw her multiple times in the original Drood at the Imperial. During intermission we would lobby people to vote for her as the murderess. Whichever cast member was selected by audience vote as the murderer got an extra song or two. She was wonderful in that show, along with the late great George Rose.)

A voice you would go hear even if the show was horrible..

James Barbour (despite his past)
Julian Ovenden (I hope his voice heals quickly)
Douglas Sills (so powerful and filled with emotion)
Mandy Patinkin (like Sills only much more so)
Hugh Jackman (while perhaps not in the same vocal class as Barbour et. al., the whole package commands my attention)

Oh man, I've done this. I saw Lennon for Terrence Mann... this season both Catch Me for Aaron Tveit and People in the Picture for Donna Murphy.

I'd go see Audra even if the show was terrible and she was miscast... Same with Kelli O'Hara, who's just... breathtaking.

Drew Sarich (hands down one of the most unique voices I've ever heard)
Norbert Leo Butz (but unfortunately his voice is not what it used to be which is such a shame, I fell in love with it on The Last Five Years cast recording!)
