Posted: 10/2/10 at 9:11amSo Anything Goes Roundabout tickets go on sale for Amex members on October 4th...Roundabout email members on the 8th...and then to the general public on the 10th. Am I correct in assuming that ACCESS10 tickets will be available on the 10th?

In the past, it's always been on the day they go on sale to the general public. However, I would certainly check those other two days, because you never know with Roundabout.
They may also decide to do like they did for Birdie and have an "event" the day the box office opens and not sell the $10 tickets online.

appears this show is being ticketed through telecharge, not the roundabout site. not sure if that has any implications for the $10 online preview seats ...
"ACCESS10" isn't accepted by broadwayoffers.com (telecharge's mirror site), but that certainly oculd be because tickets are supposed to be on amex pre-sale only this week.

Posted: 10/4/10 at 8:02pmI've yet to see a Roundabout show, how does one get in on access10?

You just type ACCESS10 in the promo code box.
But Anything Goes is being sold on Telecharge. So we don't know what they'll do.

I called Roundabout this morning and asked if they would have the $10 preview tickets for ANYTHING GOES. (Imagine that! Actually finding out the information instead of just speculating!)
They are going to have the deal, but it will be similar to what BYE BYE BIRDIE did, in that the tickets will only be available in person at the box office on the morning that it opens, probably in February. The $10 tickets will not be available online.

Yero: thanks for getting and posting the details ... can I give you my grocery list???

Posted: 10/5/10 at 3:36pmWhy are they treating this show like it's some sort of an "event"? It's the annual Sutton Foster show. Big Whoop.

Posted: 10/5/10 at 3:53pmI don't think it's that, I think it's that ANYTHING GOES is on Telecharge, not the Roundabout site, so they can't do the $10 ticket sale like they normally would. Making people line up at the box office is the only way to offer the $10 preview tickets without requiring people pay the $10 ticket price plus $8 in Telecharge fees.

Jordan, Yero is exactly right. Unlike what's housed at the American Airlines and Studio 54, productions that take to the Stephen Sondheim sell their tickets thru Telecharge.com. So, there's no real ways and means of acquiring said $10 tickets otherwise. That, and ANYTHING GOES marks Roundabout's inaugural mounting at their newest home.

Posted: 10/5/10 at 4:25pmAnythig Goes will be Roundabout's second production in that theater. A name change does not make the theater new.

I'm well aware. I, too, saw BIRDIE last October.
I suppose I should've clarified in that it marks the inaugural mounting (re: Roundabout) in the newly-christened Sondheim.
My apologies.
