I was just wondering if somedoy knows when will be Aaron's last day with the broadway company of Wicked. I know it will be very soon since he is one of the leads of Next to Normal and I am guessing they are starting rehearsals very soon. I just wanna catch him this week before he leaves if he hasn't already left. I would appreciate any information

Oh, I'm not positive. I just figured since that's when Jayne is leaving.
Coming in: Kevin Kern
Should be lead: Kyle Dean Massey

I am just glad he hasn't left yet. I'll definetely try to see it before he leaves. I was hoping Kyle Dean Massey will take over the role full time, but i guess Kevin is returning to the show. That blows, he may be talented, however, he is completely wrong for the part of Fyiero

Aaron is leaving for next to normal. I agree that Kevin Kern should not take over.
Kevin Kern's return is deeply upsetting, especially replacing (again) Aaron, whom I think is probably the best they've had in that role.

I was looking forward to seeing Aaron again, I saw him twice... once with Julie, and once with Kerry.

I asked him last Tuesday and he said he's leaving March 8. Also said he's going to be continuing with both Catch Me If You Can AND Next To Normal. Busy guy!
March 15. Aww, shucks. Wish I could be there.
I saw a recent article that still tied Tveit's name to CMIYC. If N2N is a success...how will that work? Last I heard they were premiering this out in Seattle. Any additional info anyone?

If N2N lasts into atleast late july or august he'll have to leave the show cause the articles all say CMIYC is going to be in summer.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get any more info aside from what I already posted. He just said that he was able to continue with both (don't know for how long) and that 'they' are being really cool about it.
Maybe this has something to do with the six performance schedule of n2n?

I really don't see them limiing the number of performances so he can rehearse for CMIYC.
According to the audition posts for N2N, he will be opening the show and then leaving for a few months to do CMIYC in Seattle and expecting to come back.
He'll be so great in N2N! I'm glad I got to see him in Wicked though, he was fantastic.

Hadn't thought of that, but it makes sense!

^Definitely...he has TWO shows that he (seemingly) can always come back to. Ridiculous!
Isn't Kevin Kern in 9 to 5?
He was a swing in 9 to 5. This is a leading role and probably pays a lot more.

So is it official that Kevin is coming back?
If he is I guess it's a good thing I'm taking a break from Wicked this Spring and Summer...LOL. He was horrible with Marcie and Julie(he was good with Chelsea though) and I can't even begin to imagine him with Nicole or Jen D either.
You? Break from Wicked? That is like the contest episode of Seinfeld.
