This was one of my first Broadway shows, and I still love the score... but yeah not the best overall show.
I think there needs to be a revival, just for the chance to rework it. It has a lot of potential.
"If we don't live happily ever after at least we survive until the end of the week!" -Kermit the frog "I need the money... it costs a lot to look this cheap!" -Dolly P. "Oh please, Over at 'Gypsy' Patti LuPone hasn't even alienated her first daughter yet!" Mary Testa in "Xanadu" "...Like a drunk Chita Rivera!" Robin de Jesus in "In the Heights"
"B*tch, I don't know your life." -Xanadu After that if he still doesn't understand why you were uncomfortable and are now infuriated, kick him again but this time with Jazz Hands!!! -KillerTofure: Aida Revival?#102

Zoser is a horrible character with horrible songs made even more horrible with horrible choreography. I cringed every time i had to watch those scenes. Aida is the only character that actually had good dialogue. I'm all for a revival...... in a few more years.
