Alice Ripley back in Next to Normal#1

Hey Guys,
Last night Alice Ripley AND Jennifer Damiano were out from Next to Normal... I'm going again to the matinee on January 2nd (Saturday), does anyone know if they'll be back for that one? I wasn't sure if they were on vacation or if they were both just out that one day. Please let me know.

They'll probably be on because they were both on for the night before. Even if they aren't, their understudies are great.

She's not on vacation. I assume she'll be back.

I was at the matinee yesterday and Alice was in (and on fire!). Jenn was out but Meghann was beyond phenomonal. Really blew me away.

I also enjoyed Meghann! And does anyone know if Alice Ripley usually stage-doors? She didn't for Wednesday's matinee (maybe that had something to do with her missing the Wednesday evening performance?)

She doesn't stage door matinees, only evenings.

She came out after matinees at the beginning of the run, but I don't think she has in months.

...I saw a matinee at the beginning of the run and she came out, but as everyone else said, I don't belive she comes out anymore. It also seems as though she and Jen will be back tomorrow, but might I say that if Alice *is* gone, you'll get a much better performance with Jessica Phillips (having seen both). Either way, I hope you enjoy!

Thank you everyone. Yes, I've heard the understudies are great as well. I actually have seen the show already with the full original cast, minus Aaron, and do love it. I'm bringing a friend with me this time though whom I know really wants to see Alice, that's the main reason for my concern :)

I'm sure Alice will be on Sunday if she wasn't on today, being it is Aaron's last show.
