i was looking at the seating plot for the arena stage and i can't quite figure out which side to get seats on. If anyone is in the know please fill me in. Also how do they do sets on a completly in the round stage?

This is one of the reasons I don't go to the Arena Stage's Fichlander Theatre often (although it does have another "normal" theatre, the Kreeger, which I like.) The "theater in the round" business annoys me.

I saw a production of Guys and Dolls there, and I sat in the "North" section. The seats were fine...as long as you didn't mind that whole "theater in the round" thing. The shows there try to play to the entire audience, but I guess it varies from show to show.

I've only been in the Kreeger, but as the Fischlander is "a theatre in the round", I can't imagine there being really, really bad seats.

I've been to many, many productions at the Fichandler over the years. IMHO, there are no bad seats.
