These people begging for tickets to an invited dress rehearsal are no better than the irritating vultures that stand outside of the theaters begging for tickets.

This frenzy to go to the Hello Dolly dress seems to be its own unique beast. Not sure why. It's not as if the public is generally invited to these things. They are usually just for a handful of lucky friends of cast and crew. People are acting like this was the Froundhog Day ticket giveaway!

I'm sure you also feel ok with cell phones, candy wrappers and talking...same to me as a person taking up half my seat. #theatreproblems
