All shook up looks good

I just saw the All Shook Up video on Broadway.com. I'm in love! This musical looks great. Even though its a juxebox musical, it looks like the songs actually fit into the show quiet well. I can't wait for the cast album. Also, can't wait for the Tony performance :) Anyone know where i can see more video clips of the show? or any reviews?

In a slower year (i.e. any year in the past decade and a half), All Shook Up would've def had a Best Musical nom and performed on the Tony's. But this season? No way.

It would look better with a big Cheyenne Jackson nude scene at the top of act one.

haha. I don't really like Elvis' music either, but for someone reason I loved the clips i heard on Bway.com. Can't wait for the recording...

It is a very fun musical. It's my guilty pleasure of this season.

My mother saw it and was less than enthralled. Her main review:

The performances were pretty bland (she saw Cheyenne's understudy, she said) and the story was so out there that it was impossible not to laugh at.

Hmmmmm....Since the show started public performances at the Palace on Broadway, Cheyenne hasn't missed a performance.
