I went on Ticketmaster to see what tickets they had and I noticed they're not selling mezzanine? Whats this all about?

AustinRyan, it's very different. The St James has a balcony, mezz, and orchestra. SR did not sell the balcony, which is actually common for that theater.
Amazing Grace is in a smaller theater, that only has a mezz and orchestra. And they're not selling the mezz at all?? That IS atypical, I've literally never heard of that.

It has to be a glitch in the SYOS system on Ticketmaster as mezzanine seats are listed in the price range section.

I definitely just pulled up rear mezzanine seats for first preview.

I just looked and now they only have the option for them to choose your seats. And Mezz is now available
