Anastasia. At the beginning

I was wondering for anyone who has seen Anastasia out of town. If the song "At the beginning" is in the show.  Thanks

Hiya! I saw it and it was not in the show.

But they did use parts of it as an instrumental underscore at some point in the show if I remember correctly. I only noticed because I, too, was expecting the song to pop up :)

Yeah, it's an instrumental before the finale. But, I wouldn't be surprised if they added it in the final Broadway version

That's my favorite song from the movie. I hope they bring it back.

Neon is right... there's no real place for it in the musical. When I saw it in Hartford, it was a fun easter egg to hear the instrumental before the finale. Rasputin's theme makes a similar appearance.

It's also in a style that would clash terribly with the rest of the score.
