after 5 years with the show with the last 2 & 1/2 years playing Charlie Price, Andy Kelso is leaving the company of KINKY BOOTS. Anyone know who his replacement is??

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

Thanks! Also heard that Shannon O'Boyle is now Nicola. Maybe two new leads with bring some new energy to the show. I've heard it's been looking a little sluggish lately.

Honestly, I always liked Stark better- but it's a tough act to follow because the songs were written for Stark's voice, as with Billy. But he was still good in the part, just not on Stark's level. But I am sad to see him leave, but glad he stayed on this long. from going to ensemble to lead!

I'm not sure who you heard that from, but it couldn't be further from the truth! I just saw it again three weeks ago. It honestly amazes me that the cast of a 3+ year old show are as energetic and "full out" as they are. I'd certainly say they are one of the least "sluggish" casts on Broadway right now, and noticeably more lively onstage than the cast of Hamilton even. I guess it makes sense though, because Kinky Boots just isn't the type of show you can half ass...if they did, then it would have closed long ago.
