TCM showed De Mille's SAMSON AND DELILAH, with Lansbury in a supporting role, at the height of her beauty. Dreadfully silly movie, but she's lovely in it.

She is exquisite in THE PICTURE OF DORIAN GREY as well. And I thought she looked amazing at the Drama League benefit the other night - she has wonderful skin and incredible eyes.

She also looks utterly stunning in the Court Jester, with Danny Kaye. Her figure was incredible and her eyes luminous.

Yes, timeless beauty. A lot of it is in how she carries herself. Her eyes, persona... her grace, charm, wit, her long history and style.

She is certainly beautiful - but actually lucky not to be too beautiful. Great actresses who are beautiful without being "babes" actually have longer careers and get better parts than the real knockouts, who tend to get romantic leads for just a few years.

Yeah, I can't get my eyes to move away from the underarm fold on the right side of the picture. That is what photoshop was created for.

In the Court Jester photo she looks like Cyndi Lapuer, who I think is sooo cute. I wonder if Angela's burger is made with organic grass fed beef?
