Posted: 11/29/08 at 4:14pmThe entire show is already on YouTube, and if people want to see it so badly that they're recording and posting bootlegs, I don't see why the producers can't have the cast record it and profit from it.

Posted: 11/29/08 at 5:58pmThey don't use "moving cameras" to film for the Lincoln Center Archives. I'm also pretty sure it was filmed for the archives while at City Center.

I doubt they'd be filming the video for the Lincoln archives that late in the run.
Plus, aren't archive videos only filmed with stationary cameras? The Telecharge message mentions moving cameras.

Before anyone gets too excited, note that the TeleCharge disclaimer clearly states: may be filmed for future purposes.
This doesn't confirm anything a simple disclaimer to protect themselves IN CASE they intend on filming the last performance. By posting that disclaimer, they can't be sued or encounter problems afterwards. This is informing ticket buyers in advance about possible obstructions at that performance in the event that it IS filmed.
Here's hoping it is, but you never know with these things.
