Hello everyone, I'm heading to NYC for the weekend which means that my only chance to see Hamilton is on Saturday. Does anyone know if they MAYBE started selling standing room at the box office today? I know these policies often change after opening night, but tomorrow will be too late for me to find out, because if they really sell them in the morning, I need to be up there early on Saturday. Please let me know if you have any info, even PM me, if you don't want to share publicly, thank you!

They've been giving out standing room as part of the lottery, $40 each
They are allotted via lottery, right after the front row seats are awarded. You enter once for both. Standing room is $40.
During previews 6 standing room names were drawn after the lottery winners. You enter your name for SR along with the lottery names. It's $40 cash or credit. I believe this will continue, not sure about the number of SR tickets.

I should have mentioned I'm aware they do a limited number through lottery - I was hoping they would switch so I could actually plan to see the show and wait it out in the morning, rather than fighting those ridiculous odds... I also thought there are more SR spots, so I was hoping they will release them after opening night.
Please let me know what happens at today's lottery, thank you!
Speaking of today's lottery, my daughter and I will be giving it a shot, so I'd really appreciate it if everyone else would just skip it today. Much appreciated.

The odds of this being the case are very very slim.
I do wonder, however, if the number of standing room spots available will change now that it has opened.
As of about 30 minutes ago when I was at the box office the standing room is still part of lotto, and the woman there didn't think the # of seats has increased, but she wasn't sure about that part. Definitely still part of lotto, though.

That just made me laugh so hard, thanks for that! I'm still coming to lotto tonight, though. :)

Standing room is still at $40, through the lotto, but they increased to 8 spots.
When I went to the Sat evening lottery there were 10 SRO spots through the lottery. Apparently the Ham4Ham show will not be for every performance. I think only every three. It was hard to hear because for some reason they were back to the bullhorn and not the speaker.
Yes, I tried the lottery unsuccessfully last Friday, and they announced that ham4ham will now be Wednesday evening, Saturday evening, and one other random performance each week.

We're lucky they're still doing a Ham4Ham show at all. Lin originally said it was only for previews. There's no reason for the actors to be at work that early.

I don't think anyone was saying it as a negative but more of just informing people that it's no longer every performance. I know I wasn't.
