Anyone know if an OBCR for Xanadu is in the works? Any news from boxo or merch?

Yes...there will be an Original Broadway Cast Recording of XANADU. They are expected to go into the studios shortly after it opens on Broadway. This info comes from Scott who works at the office which handles the show's PR.

A little known fact is that in the original screenplay, Pan's Labyrinth was Pan's FLAByrinth. Hmmmmmmm...glad they changed it.

i had no idea Caprinello was returning to the show! that makes me sad as i saw him early in previews. i thought it was gonna be an "ooh i saw the original" moment 
now i'm just like everyone else. sad...

Cheyenne will be in the show until at least September... so since he will be part of the original cast, it would only make sense for him to be on the recording, no?

I really dislike Jackson and love Carpinello. I'd appreciate any updates people get on when he's returning and whether he'll be on the OCR - I sure hope so.

That would suck for Carpinello if Jackson was recorded and he wasn't because Jackson is gonna be the one considered come awards season. It would have been nice for Carpinello to at least get the recording.
