doesn't everyone!? lol if I get bored in class or w/e I just zone out into musical mode expecially in first block after ive been listening to my Ipod for a half hour bus ride, the only bad part is when I start singing outload in the middle of class, lol. And it is perty darn fun to belt defying gravity while chasing a cart through the parking lot!

Sometimes, when we have free time to do homework in math (and I'm done with the work), I sing random Broadway tunes. It's fun!
Whenever I'm bored in class I write lyrics to a song in my "Broadway Notebook" aptly labled "Class Notes." It's always fun to go back later and read through it to see what song was stuck in my head and when.
That shure is my life I hum "Take me or Leave Me" sometimes when were doing tests. (I know it's crazy, but its addictive.) My friends say if they hear me hum another song they are going to hurt me. (Not litterally of course.)

i tend to think of broadway songs a lot during school- during regular school stuff i always think of songs which are sort of sparked by a word someone says (such as, someone says "langston hughes blah blah blah", i think "TO THE STAGE!" and such)
during tests i usually think of old classic songs which annoy me, such as "do re mi" which lower my concentration level!
but usually, i just think of whom i'm going to write to next, and draw cartoons of the person on the side of my notes when im bored...
which is often during school
:)
ill share a story later!
Today at rehearsal for The Importance of Being Earnest, (We open saturday and I am Algernon!) I started singing "You see I am no ghost" from WIW onstage and everyone was just like "huh?"....Hehehe I am always humming something!
when a teacher says a word i realate it to a song and sing it...aome people get annoyed if im too loud though...heres an example...in french we are learing how to conjugate the word avoir, which means "to have"...well i was recently in a production of Into the Woods. So, when ever i hear it in french class I follow up with a "To have, to wed, To get, to save,To kill, to keep,To go to the festival!"....lol
When I was in my school musical, my friends and I used to break out the choreography in the hallway all the time, instead of walking

I can't hear anyone say "What happened here?" without immediately replying with "Well, let's see".... "On a central square..." Infiltrating my brain!! AAAHHH!
ALL THE TIME.
For instance, in World History we were studying the bourgeoise (sp?) during the French Revolution, I could not stop singing "Madame Guillotine". What's worse? When we discussed how Hitler became chancellor of Germany, I couldn't help myself: "and would you believe it? They made me chancellor! Chancellor!!!"
Yup yup
Like...ummm... right now...
I haven't begun studying for a final exam and yet... here I am. Typing out this post about how theatre distracts me from my work. =)
Yeah...I'm working on a patient and I'll hear..."And I'm Telling You, I'm Not Going" will be running through my head!!!

OK...so....no one is going to be able to top this one really...and I certainly hope the medical examiner board at my hospital isnt reading this or has some way of identifying users if they do.
SOOOO....
Im a surgeon and and one time I was performing an apendectomy....and during the entire operation I was singing and humming "Murder, Murder" from Jekyll and Hyde in my head. I was even moving the scalpel in time to the "Murder, Murders" just as they had choreographed the umbrellas with a stabbing motion in the Broadway show....
SO anyone in need of an operation? You know where to come lol
Um yeah I've been on this message board for the past 8 hours instead of working on a Spanish project. Yikes.
