Just got off the phone with telecharge telling me my "tickets were mailed two weeks ago" and they aren't responsible for the US postal service. Anyone else had this issue with them? I have two orders of Hugh Jackman tickets that should have arrived by now. Of course I leave in two weeks and won't be here to check mail the week prior to show times. *SIGH*
Was will call not an option? It saves you a lot of stress.
I'm sure it was, but I like the tickets in my hand. I figured ordering them 2.5 months prior, mailing time wasn't going to be a problem.

My tickets for late October arrived last week and my tickets for early November arrived on Saturday
If you have a few more days the tickets should arrive If not make a copy of your reservation and notify Telecharge and they should give you duplicate copies at the box office
You just want to go there early and bring your credit card and your reservation numbers Maybe the tickets will arrive before you leave
My tickets for Patti Lupone and Mandy Patinkin havent arrived yet either
Well, maybe there is hope they will arrive soon then. These tickets are for early Nov. The only thing making me a little nervous is they claim they were mailed close to two weeks ago. New York and TN aren't that far apart! Three day mailing time tops. Thanks for the info!
Last year when I bought my Adams Family tickets it took them six months to mail them. It was rediculous!
They usually only send them 2 weeks prior to the event. They should be able to re-issue the tix. They can make the original pair invalid.

If the tickets don't get to you before you leave, call the company, let them know the situation, and they'll reprint the tickets and hold them at the box office for you. A few years ago I misplaced some concert tickets... I called them, told a little white lie that I never received them, and they reprinted with no problem. Just be prepared to show the credit card used to purchase the tickets and/or an ID to pick them up.
