So, I have put off seeing Pippin for this long and I don't want to miss Andrea Martin so I decided to go to her final performance on 9/22. I know this is a long shot, but I wanted to see if any BWW members had tickets they wanted to sell before I buy seats from Stubhub.

The performance isn't sold out. Nowhere near. Try Telecharge or the box office.

Really? When I search Telecharge it says everything is sold out except Premium. Ugh. I guess I will have to call.

That's weird. I just looked and it's showing some premium seating and scattered singles in the Orchestra and about half of the mezzanine is empty.

They're probably sold out of pairs, but if you don't mind sitting in a different section from the person you're going with, you can both see the performance. Unfortunately, that means paying double the Telecharge fees. (Side note: I'll often see shows with a friend but seated in a separate section, if there are two nice singles available but no pairs of comparable-view seats. It's not as if I'm talking to the person I'm attending with anyway.)

Hmm, I checked for you just now, and there are SCADS of seats (pairs and otherwise) in the mezzanine. There are a couple singles in the orchestra as well (though I'd recommend the mezz for this show). Point being, my search shows many full-price tickets available for the September 22nd 3 p.m. performance. Odd. (Basically, what Frogsfan said.)

No worries! You'll be stuck paying full-price, but you're guaranteed a seat, anyway. I recommend taking a pair of seat in the center mezz. Even if you're sitting a little farther back, in my opinion, center is the way to go for this show.

I just checked for you too. Had no problem getting a pair of tickets to pull up. I hate the telecharge new site. Try this.

Maybe that will help. It brings up the old site.
