Are the Tonys aired live in the UK?

Posted: 5/15/09 at 3:47am

I will be in London when the Tonys are aired (the evening of June 7th in NY, early June 8th in London), and was hoping there would be a live feed from a major network. Does anyone have any information regarding a broadcast?

Thanks in advance.

I doubt it, we haven't had coverage any when. (As far as I'm aware) Which is stupid with all the 900 odd channels we have, you would think ONE would pick it up!

We dont even get our own theatre awards televised.

We'll be lucky to get a few clips on the news if Billy Elliot scoops up.
