So what's everyone's favorites(just those crazy people who bought it, of course)?
I really liked "Taylor", "Power" and "Joyful, Joyful"
Anybody else?

Posted: 4/6/05 at 4:21pmWhen you put aside all of the stuff about jesus and his marvelousness and the heavenly father and all, it's actually a very good album. Cheno is mega-talented, we all know this, and those who deny it still know it. "Word of God Speak" is a great song, it's cool to hear Cheno rockin' out, even if it is about hearing paranormal voices... I mean jesus. I actually prefer the bootleg Rosie version of "Taylor" but this one is growing on me. Feel free to flame me now.

Posted: 4/6/05 at 4:25pmI know what you mean AdamJ...it took me a few listens before I could get into the song. Her voice on the cd sounds so pure and gorgeous, you really don't buy the song as being somewhat of a character song. When she sang on Rosie's show, her voice had more of a childlike quality to it that fit the song a little better. But I'll be honest, she could sing the ingredients in my cereal and I'd stand up and cheer.

I think the whole album is fabolous. Not the whole album is about Jesus, she gives some variation, which I think was good.
I am SOOO happy we got some opera on "Joyful, Joyful", and "Upon this Rock." She sounds INCREDIBLE on those tracks.
So basically, GREAT album.

Posted: 4/6/05 at 10:33pmI'm still thinkin' it's all about jesus. When I bought Faith Hill's Breathe in 99 and first heard "It Will Be Me" I didn't even think of no Jesus, it just sounds like a love song. But couldn't any love song be to JC? Think about it... BTW did anyone go to the Tower Records instore yesterday? Any comments/pics?
