Avenue Q Mexico City - Strange promos?

So, it seems that the Mexican Avenue Q opens this or next month.
Some of the cast members have been taped in a series of promos for the show - but I think this one is a bit strange.

I think they are trying to show some of the themes of the show, but I think the show works only in context.

In this particular video, Kate and Princeton are in a Mexican-like boat (sure they have a name, but I don't know it.)

Kate: (mocking Titanic) I'm the queen of the world!
Princeton: Of course not! I'm the king of the world. You're just my bitch. (forces Kate to perform, oral sex on him.)
Kate: Yummy! (continues...)

I thought it was pretty odd, any thoughts?

I just thought the character of Kate would just never do that. She gets stuck in the "love making" scene because she was drunk, but never would just randomly have oral sex in public, then yell "Yummy". Random indeed.

I think they want people who know nothing about the show, to be prepared for something risque..even though it doesn't apply to the show.

I would love to hear the tracks in Spanish. I won't understand any of it, but it'd still be fun to listen to.

you'd be amazed by how much you get. I don't know a word of german but by knowing rent top to bottom, its cool to listen to it in another language.

Mexican's are more appealed to sex. I watched the Mexican channel, only because it's the only thing my dad watches. It's all about having woman with big boobs the size of basketballs, there's a perverted, fat, news man that sits in a hot tub with woman in bikinis.

Excuse me??? I'm mexican, and I'm really sad to read this, I mean yes there are many awful shows on tv, but that's the opinion I would have of your TV if I only watch Wild on, and I know there are many other stuff to see.

Anyway, I love Avenue Q, I made audition for it here in Mexico and thank God I didn't get it! I'm disappointed by the way they're doing marketing and the horrible adaptation to the local jokes, but I'm sure they're gonna change the essence of the show and make it cheesy... I hope I'm wrong

Kate also performs OS on Princeton and they said the "king of the world" thing. The Mexican production just managed to make it more chauvinistic adding the "you are my bitch" thing.

But I totally agree with Blaxx that all of the actors are completely out of character in these videos. Princeton would never call bitch anyone. Kate monster would not attack Christmas Eve(she is nice by nature), and Christmas Eve would never act like a shy, fearful person, She is a strong woman. And there is another in which Nicky begs for money to buy a Luxury car and a computer? He is a guy that lives day by day,this is unlikely for this character.
