I am considering seeing this again. Last time I saw it was mid broadway run. Has anyone seein it recently? Should I stick to my broadway memory of it?

This show really depends on the audience imo. However- if you want to have a GREAT experience I recommend going to one of the 15th anniversary shows!

I saw a college production (in conjunction with a local theatrical company) of Avenue Q earlier this year and throughly enjoyed it. It was my second time to see it (the first was on tour in a cavernous performing arts center in Tulsa). In fact, the college production was in a very small, intimate theater and I think as much I enjoyed it the first time, I enjoyed it even more the second time. A smaller space seemed to really fit this show. I say go see it again. Plus, I see they just announced that some of the original cast are returning. While this is exciting news, I also wonder if this means that they are doing this because perhaps box office has been suffering. If so, this may your last chance to catch it off-broadway.

they announced this as a way to build hype for their 15th anniversary. I dont think it has to due entirely with sales.

I saw it about two weeks ago and it is pretty much the same show I remember from Broadway.

I saw this a few months ago with a few friends (all of us had recently turned 33) and we all enjoyed it! We all saw it back in 2004 while we were still in college and loved it back then too.
