I deff. agree about hoping the Audience is a Enthusiatic crowd.
I have seen Avenue Q 6 times so far and I had only 1 meh experience. The Crowd was just dead and It completly ruined it for me. The crowd barley applauded, only when songs ended. the laughs were subtle. it just takes away from it to me.
When I went to the july 5th avenue q (The final night for carey anderson, howie michael smith, ann sanders, carla reneta) the crowd was great and you can tell they were just into the show
