oh boy! even waking up late can have its consequences... i missed so much, i guess its this damn relaxed mood in CA (where im currently visiting)...oh well, but yes! thanks everyone for the warm welcome and im happy to join this big bare family of gay boyfriends, michael arden, johnny T, and all things that are wonderful in the world of BROADWAY (and off bway!)..haha...plus i second the confusion with the gay boyfriend thing haha

Love "Trick": they should turn it into a musical! They already have two songs, and they could just give Coco Peru a new disco-styled one. It'd be an off-Broadway hit - starring Michael Arden!

I'm so glad I found this thread. I've been totally bored with the music I've been listening to, so after reading your posts I started listening to my BARE sampler, especially since many of you have never even seen the show. Now I can't stop listening to it.

I love the instrumentation. Damon is a world class arranger. He's been working in films since he was 19 or younger. He knows exactly how he wants the music to sound so that the home experience is as rich as the theatrical one.
It's Reality Theatre. The gay marriage musical that exposes everything. THE BIG VOICE: God or Merman?

MoG we definitely have to meet up on the 16th, for serious.

I'm opening a can of whoop ass on that photo developing place. I called and got this from a very ignorant worker "Uhhh, we're not in charge, uhhh, I don't know, when did you bring it in? Uhhh we can't control sent out orders, uhhhh Becky are there pictures for this guy? Uhhhh no there aren't, sorry dude." Incompetant slackers...grrr.

Anyway, BARE rocks my socks, and Mikey. Listened to "Better Than I" today and got all teary eyed. That song is amazing. I'm extremely fond of "Still Waiting" though, I'd die to hear Mikey sing it.

Easter Rising sounds amazing, I'm secretly hoping for him not to get really involved with that until I turn 18 so I can go audition Michael is so talented, I can't express it in words. Just amazing.
