I felt quite bad for the woman who spent over $50 on the TDF raffle, won 3 pairs of tickets, and all were for Perfect Crime. I managed to sell mine, to someone who loved the show. everybody else couldn't get rid of them fast enough.

I bought a poster from the CHITTY table of the family in the car on the top and a photo at the bottom of Raul dancing with the bamboo stick (the woman at the table said there was only one - thats why I got it and paid $50! : ).
a bunch of people were winning Chitty,Chicago,Mamma Mia and RENT. I really wanted mamma mia shamelessly =)
well.. ok fine if someone on here won MAMMA MIA TICKETS and they want to trade to see Ashley Brown in BEAUTY AND THE BEAST.. I will trade with you..
Amneris, you "flipped a small B*tch"?? Like a cranky lady midget? WHY?!
I got a picture with the *amazing* PATTI LUPONE! I was so excited.
Also, I bought the little entry form props from Spelling Bee that described each character and had the actors signatures on them. It was cute. I was happy.

Good for you Amneris. A public flogging for someone like that!
Glad to know folks were making a fuss over Mister Wilson.
If only I had been able to be there... *sigh*

And a last minute impulse purchase. The enormous mounted poster that hung outside Studio 54 for STREETCAR NAMED DESIRE -- $10.
Good thing I live close by, it weighed a ton.

I bought a Roundabout Theater coffee mug. And then I stood in line from 3-4. I mostly just enjoyed walking around. Saw a lot people which was fun.
my greatest moment was asking her nicely if she'd ever heard of "The Full Monty" "Oklahoma" Or "Phantom" and she goes "ohhhh thats right ive seen that man before" THAT MAN! Someome needs to show the Patrick Wilson love.. so I am glad I could represent the hood =) <---thats for you craig. He'll get it.
But how did you "flip" her?? Or am I just not down wit the New Yorkinese lingo?
(I have this image of someone knocking a dwarf over while racing towards Patrick Wilson, arms outstretched.)

*cries* *Is jealous*
It seems a lot of people won a lot of tickets! How? Wasn't each bet like 2$? I mean, it seems like you all bet against yourselves. lol.
I'm glad you all had fun. I'll just sorta live vicariously.
Raffle was $5 for 6 tries. I won 2/5. And for each win you get two tickets! Pretty great. Still I can't help but wonder how much Amneris spent on her gambling habit....
All for a good cause though!

God, and I thought I got there for the good stuff... I think I got there at like 11:30... I definitely need to go earlier next year. But anyway, here's what I got:
-DRS costume sketch of/signed by Sherie Rene Scott
-2 pairs of Lennon glasses
-Lennon poster
-Christine's toe shoes from POTO, signed by Sandra Joseph and the whole Corps de Ballet (my fave purchase
)
-signed Spelling Bee placard (#1
)
-signed Spelling Bee playbill, since they didn't come out for autographs the night I was there
And I think that's it... I reeeeeeally wanted one of Clara's drawings from LITP but by 2 they were all out and said they would get more by 3, but I had to leave... and I got interviewed by a newscrew!!!!! SQUEE! So if anyone sees a redheaded girl with a rather dramatic white streak in her hair rambling about the festival on the news tonight... that's me.
P.S. SPREAD THE PATRICK LOVE! I adore him.

I didn't see any Streetcar Named Desire memorabilia! What the hell?!
Well, it wasn't really memorabilia per se... I was just walking out and saw the enormous exterior marquis poster for STREETCAR that was in front of Studio 54, at the Nederlander table.
I asked if it was for sale. He said "20 bucks." I was looking at it to see what condition it was in and wondering where I would put it and he said - okay "ten bucks." And I said....deal.

MB - I so wanted that - I was gonna steal it from the theatre.
Too bad I didn't.
I got a ton of random stuff, mostly ASU and Wicked signed memorabilia.
