Checked for you at many tables, but I did not find the window card you were looking for. I did however, find a treasure from Phantom of the opera, which was the closing night medallion that came in a beautiful black box. There were a few at one particular table, and the prices were super cheap so I actually bought two for myself!

Just traveled home after a very productive day at the flea market. I will share some of the interesting items that I was able to snag over the course of the day. Apologies for not posting earlier due to travel.

My main mission was The maybe happy ending table, as well as Just in time and was hoping for some sunset Boulevard collectibles.

From early in the morning, there was nothing Sunset Boulevard related, except for a window car that was sold for $500 early in the day. Ouch!I also noticed someone carrying a large thin laminated poster of Nicole Scherzinger unsigned for $500 as well. She was upset with herself for spending so much, but really had to have it.

Having enjoyed Oh Mary on a previous visit, I picked up a Tony voter package which included the calendar and the Tony voter book as well as I believe a letter from the pre-Broadway run.I believe it was around $30.

I was very happy at the Just In Time table as I picked up some beautifully autographed Blank vinyl LP shaped discs with beautiful on the grass from the entire cast. I had a smaller blue version with The three main actors, but this one was not as nice as the black lp. As well, I picked up a beautiful just in time as zippo lighter with opening light and engraving, as well as the match sticks and passed on the towels with rubber ducks, which were opening night gifts as I did not enough room in my suitcase for this larger item.finished off that table with a beautifully autographed play Bill, which did not have smudges which I constantly see on eBay at exorbitant prices😂

May lbe happy ending was equally successful with the script and Tony voter package (including the postcards ) at a very reasonable price and in mint shape. I as well picked up signed playbill with the entire cast.

The ATPAM table which gets very crowded early on was where I found the Phantom of the opera closing that medallion in a beautiful black box with satin holder. Picked up two at a very reasonable price which seemed to climb as the day went on having checked back later. I always find it useful to go back to certain tables twice as they get new items throughout the course of the day. I picked up two of the Floyd Collins opening night lanterns, and to my surprise when I took them out of the suitcase tonight an outsiders tire keychain fell out of one of them. I presume it was in the sellers  box when they unpacked, and it fell into one of these lantern crates😂.If anybody knows the origin of this keychain, please let me know and its value as It is a very cute item which I have never seen before. It is the shape of a black tire with a silver key ring, and is in mint shape.

The Floyd Collins lanterns I picked up for five dollars for both! Not bad without extra little surprise inside!
Other interesting items that I picked up include the outsiders stay gold patches (Dirt cheap!)for which they Many at the outsiders table.
Having passed on Merrily we roll along autographed play Bill which was up for auction At one table at one table, I was very lucky to find a seller that had two mint copies for under $100 which was a complete shock to me. As well, she had signed CD Inserts by the main actors as well. Dirt cheap as well. I don’t think they realized what a collectible they had at that table.

I saw one Milky Way out of the box as well as a table and a gentleman purchased that around 9:45 AM.No others seen that day.

When I was at one of the tables, I couldn’t believe my eyes when I was  standing next to Pink! purchasing an item! She was very gracious to say hello and chat. I do not think anybody else recognized her otherwise there would’ve been a mob.😂

The weather was ideal, which allowed me to spend a few hours visiting the various tables before they got too crazy busy which was the case around noon.

I can easily say that most of my wish list was found on Sunday, although I think I seriously went over my budget!

Feel free to ask any questions and please share your haul details as well as if  if you encountered any famous celebs that day!

I regrettably never bought merch despite seeing Sunset Blvd four times and loving it. I’ve been on the hunt for the black pullover hoodie they used to sell - no luck at the flea yesterday. If anyone knows how I might be able to track one down, please feel free to message me :)

Arg, I’m so mad I missed out on the Phantom closing medallion - I was at that table and scored some cute Great Comet playbill earrings and an Oh Mary annotated script, but even before 10 it was a few people deep around the whole table, and I couldn’t move around much. I’m torn every year trying to be there early to get good finds and wishing I waited until later because the pushing and rudeness has been getting worse and worse.

I also didn’t find the street being close to offer much relief since it still needed to be open for emergency vehicles - I don’t think it alleviated the crowds at all, and once the autograph and photo lines start forming, it became unbearable on both blocks

Glad to hear everyone found some nice stuff.

Northland, I never was able to successfully PM you - did you block me? - and you didn't return either of my two emails either.

Was your previous response about finding nothing directed at me, or someone else?

Hi there

I can’t seem to understand why none of your private messages came through because I received some from other posters such as stoptheworld38. I certainly did look out for your window card, but did not see it anywhere. Yes, my previous message was meant for you as it was the only way I could respond concerning the Phantom of the opera window card as well as the other two items, including the Carrie  item as well. The table where I bought the Phantom, closing night medallions had about 10 at the start of the day, but they went very quickly. Would you have been interested in that. Price was very reasonable and they were in mint shape!

Yes, I would have. I remember seeing the cast with them when Phantom was closing. Seemed very cool. Never thought they'd end up at the flea...are you keeping both?

I appreciate you keeping your eyes open. It was just hard to know if you received any messages.

I had a great time at flea, I’ll post all my finds soon! Just putting this out there that if anyone got a signed Here Lies Love poster they would part with, I was saddened to find when I got home the one I bought is missing Arielle Jacob’s signature, and it was one of the things I was most excited to find. Also was hoping for more Tammy Faye, all I found was a shirt and enamel pins if anyone ended up with any other stuff from that show!
