BE WICKED auditions

Did anyone go to these auditions this week? The one in NY (@ Stew Leonard's just ended and I know a few people who went to it...I ask how they did and everything) but I just wanted to know how it went from your P.O.V. What did you sing? How many people were there?

Also: Who else (besides me!)is going to WICKED on Saturday?

My wife went to the Rockaway NJ one. Curious how old the finalists were from Stew's today? Do you know? I posted about the Rockaway contest on this thread it:

where they really young kids? The Jersey contest had very young finalists.

The 3 finalists at the Yonkers event today were probably all above 15. There was one older woman..a late teenage boy and a teenage girl. And I was unfortuantely not one of them.

Where there alot of people today? Where people dressed up in costume? Was one of the judges a tall skinny guy named Joaqin? My wife was gonna go today, but she had something come up at work. Updated On: 10/29/04 at 12:02 AM

There were a lot of people with witch hats on. One boy with a broom too. There were a couple of girls with Glinda dresses on. One little little girl who dressed up as Elphaba and sang a bit of defying gravity. There was one older girl (maybe 20) who was wearing a very good replica of the Elphaba, Wizard and I costume. She was full body green, even her legs. She sang Wizard and I obviously but didn't win (she wasn't that great either).

76 people got to sing and they didnt finish the singing until like 6:30. There were like 100 people there though. I don't remember a tall skinny guy judge. There were 3 female judges that were from the Wicked agencies and then 2 (female and male)judges from Stew Leonards.
