Can anyone with the CD please PM me? Thanks!

yeah I want a review of this cd! How is it? pm me or let the whole board know.
Is the OBCR worth getting? (I am asking this seriously!) Maybe I should direct this to people who weren't to pleased with the show. I have heard the plot is extremely weak, but the voices are great. Are the lyrics that bad where I most likely won't enjoy it?
Again, not being sarcastic/mean in asking. Honestly wondering here.
ugh...I pre-ordered it in the summer when I was at the theater. I haven't received it yet.
I hope it comes soon.

Well, it depends on if you are a fan of theatrical lyrics or pop song lyrics.

I'm currently wondering why I bought this. I actually DID enjoy the show for what was enjoyable about it when I saw it, but for whatever reason, I'm not enjoying being reminded of it. It's basically the whole show, start to finish (though something must be cut, since the run time is 75 minutes) including dialogue and whatnot.
I will say this. For those who say Eden Espinosa only screeches, take a listen to this CD, and you will hear that Ramona Keller matches each screech and then some. Definitely found her more enjoyable in person, that's for sure.
Can someone tell me what the music is like?

GirlfriendFromCanada, what town did you get the CD in? I live in CT and I went to an FYE in my town and they said they didn't have it yet..

I got it in Meriden. It was the only one there, but they already had the placement card and everything.

Well I like both, along with talented people...so I guess I will like this recording!

Any episode of American Idol. It's whitebread faux R&B sung at maximum volume and riffed out. Nearly every song is a power ballad.

Totally agree with GFFromCanada...While the show wasn't anything great, I enjoyed the performances and some of the music. I enjoyed the Once Upon A Time demo and figured I'd grow to like the rest of it on the OBCR. I picked it up at the theater yesterday and...I can't even force myself to listen to the whole thing. I don't feel like I hate it as I really almost never hate a show, but..I've tried three times so far and I've had to skip over everything except Once Upon A Time, Christmas Makes Me Cry, and Streetsinger.
Yea, it reminds me of being at the show. Unfortunately, it reminds me of ALL the reasons I didn't like it, instead of pointing out the positives as I'd hoped it would.
Ah, well. Let's hope Eden gets a good role soon!

The show was pheonominal(hope i spelled that right) and the cd is great. So listen to it. You won't be sorry
I'd have to say, as bad as everyone says the music is, I have to disagree to a certain level. I love the vocals. The lyrics aren't the best, quite cheesy, but the melodies and harmonies are quite lovely. At least, in my opinion.
